DELIVERS MORE SPARK ENERGY AND VOLTAGE
While it's the perfect coil to go with the PerTronix Ignitor breakerless ignition, a Flame-Thrower canister coil can benefit virtually any distributer type inductive system. These coils are internally resisted so instillation and wiring is drastically simplified.

Flame-Thrower II Coils feature a very low resistance which make them the ideal coil for Ignitor II systems as well as many other high performance ignitions. Low resistance and improved turns ratio help to produce up to 45,000 volts. These coils are also compatible with most capacitive discharge boxes including our own Second Strike.

45,000 VOLT COIL
MAXIMISES ENERGY AND RELIABILITY OVER THE FULL RPM RANGE
Flame-Thrower III coils feature an ultra low resistance and are designed specifically for the Ignitor III ignition system. Flame-Thrower III coils have a high turn ratio and ultra low primary resistance enabling the ignition system to charge faster at high RPM.

60,000 VOLT COIL
Our HC (high current) and HV (high voltage) E-core coils were engineered specifically for our Ignitor II & Ignitor III ignition modules, Coils are supported in a special heat sink made from aircraft 6063 T5 aluminium which efficiently transfers heat away from the windings.

FORD “COIL ON PLUG”
Flame-Thrower coils for 2, 3 and 4 valve Ford engines feature an optimized coil design which increases the spark energy by 15% over the OEM coils. Our coils are epoxy moulded to prevent premature failure from moisture or winding fatigue. Available individually or in sets of 8.
